Our friend Lee over at the Mod Squad has challenged us to make a Blue Christmas card! So for this card I used Power Poppy's gorgeous poinsettias stamp colored it with copic's, added some Martha Stewart fine glitter for some sparkle, added some sequins and added a blue cs in the background nothing too complicated. I like the blue and white look and the sparkle! I'm also entering this in the Power Poppy peep of the week challenge! I had some time yesterday to make a card between Church and Bowling with friends! I have only 3 more weeks till my next vacation , only good thing about having 25 years vacation time! By the way this Thursday, November 6th is my 25 Anniversary at work! I thank God for giving me strength and patience everyday! Well that's all for now! Thanks for stopping by! Have a Blessed day! Angie

ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! Love the blue poinsettia. Now "Blue Christmas" by Elvis will be in my head all day ;)
ReplyDeleteI saw this on the Power Poppy blog, wonderful card!!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure glad you entered this in our Peep Challenge, Angie! I would not want to miss it. This is what's so wonderful about stamping -- you can get beautifully creative and make your poinsettias any color imaginable. You mentioned it was nothing too complicated, but I can say it lacks for nothing and certainly has loads of gorgeousness going on!
ReplyDeleteACK... Blue and white my favorite! This is beautiful Angie, your colors are perfect. Love the dies and the frame. Your poinsettia is fabulous, beautiful card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Angie
