Good evening everyone! What perfect timing for a snowy card challenge since it's snowing outside again! Our Mod Squad friends are having another fabulous challenge to make a card that has snowflakes on it! I decided to make a shaker  card with the stamp set  Simple snowflakes available at Gina K. ! This is the video that I used ! The two big snowflakes and the sentiment inside the shaker are embossed with clear embossing powder then sponged some Memento Bahama blue ink ! Used Martha Stewart punch to punch out some snowflakes to add inside the shaker with some glitter! Then put my snowflakes shaker on a Ribbon Threader die, sponged some more Memento Bahama blue ink around the edges  and threaded some ribbon at the bottom to finish of the shaker card!

A few of Cat's favorite things Challenge

This is the very first Mod squad challenge created by several of our friends over at Stamp Tv! There's a great prize that you can win a $50 Gina k gift card! For this card I used the second largest die from Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles! I stamped the flower from FlourishesAnemones with Memento Lulu lavender ink then I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Memento black ink, put a ribbon and bow to match added faux pearls to the centers of the flowers! Nothing too complicated, easy peasy !

Flower's for Jan Challenge

Happy Lords day Everyone! I'm back to blog land after taking some time off! Well we made it thru the frozen tundra the last two weeks had to drive in it for work I don't live that far , but when the roads are frozen ten miles seems like an eternity! Thank God that the weather is much better in the 30's which is like a heat wave for us in the Mid West! Today's card is for a challenge at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday #253! For this card I used butterflies circle dies! Sponged with Memento desert sand and Memento Cantaloupe ink, fussy cut the gorgeous dahlia flowers from Flourishes popped them up for dimension, stamped the sentiment from the dahlia set on a smaller butterflies circle die and weaved some blue ribbon thru the die and a bow to finish of the card!
