A get well challenge and a casing card

I made this card for our dear friend Karen at STV . She had a brain aneurysm and is doing much better thanks to everyones prayers. Stamp set: is by Melanie Muenchinger Wild Flowers. Spellbinders dies, sentiment is from the grab bag that I won on STV, Sizzix embossing folder. For the leaves I used the same technique that Melanie used to cut up the butterfly.
